  • Our delivery style varies according to client culture and set objectives. We run classroom based Events, emergentdialogue based sessions and outdoor activities.
  • Specific content depends on client needs. Examples include organisational Vision and Values development, team communication & team-building, Leadership & Management development and skills programmes e.g. Coaching, Influencing, Negotiating, Presenting, Sales and Service
  • Locus also uses a range of tools to meet client objectives. Examples include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Insights Discovery personality profiling, Learning Styles Inventory (LSI), Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Managerial Style Workbook (MSW) and Organisational Climate Workbook (OCW)
